Pravina Properties is located at 23 A Bhagat Singh Road in Vile Parle West. We’re up on the 702nd unit. I’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Vile Parle West is a busy area, but once you get up to the office, it’s actually pretty peaceful. I started this because I have a lot of interest in how the local property market moves around here. It’s mostly just me and maybe one or two helpers depending on the week. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just try to help people find what they’re looking for without making it a big headache. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a bit messy, so I try to be the one who keeps things calm. I spend a lot of time on Bhagat Singh Road walking around and seeing what’s new. You can learn a lot just by watching the street. My office is full of maps and old files. Sometimes it takes me a minute to find exactly what I’m looking for, but I always get there. I don't like those aggressive sales tactics you see elsewhere. I’d rather just give people the facts and let them decide. It’s a small, local operation and that’s exactly how I like it. We’re just here doing our daily work in Vile Parle and seeing how we can help.
