At Praveen Mukhija Associates, we’ve been operating out of Versova Main Road for a good while. Our spot is at number 13, which is easy enough to find if you know the area. The road outside is always full of traffic and people heading toward the beach or the shops. It gets noisy, but you get used to the sound of the horns and the general bustle of Versova. Inside the office, things are a bit calmer, though we stay busy with whatever comes across the desk. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle our daily business. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of things. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people. Versova has a specific kind of energy, and being on the Main Road means we see a lot of it every day. Most of the people who stop by are from the neighborhood or have been told about us by someone else. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. It’s just desks, chairs, and work. That’s how we like it because it keeps things simple. We’re usually here from early on, getting things sorted before the heat of the day really kicks in.
