Pratul Chiniwala

Pratul Chiniwala is based out of Santacruz West, specifically in Sanjay Nagar on the Main Road. We are in the Santacruz Sangam Society, at block B/18. It is a residential kind of area but with a lot of small shops mixed in. Our place is easy to find because it is right on the main road, though the traffic can be quite loud during the day. We have been operating from this society for years. The room is mostly filled with our tools and some desks where we sit to figure out our schedules. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a receptionist or a fancy lobby. We usually have the door open to let some air in, and neighbors often poke their heads in to say hello. Sometimes the street noise makes it hard to hear the phone, but we manage. Working in Santacruz has its own rhythm. We get our supplies from the local markets and know which shops have the best prices. It is a practical way of living and working. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other a long time. The space in B/18 is a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. It is just our little corner of the world where we get things done, and we’ve gotten used to the constant buzz of the Sanjay Nagar traffic outside our window.
