Pratik Shah Co

Our office is inside building number 8, specifically in B 302 of the Shree Rajlaxmi CHS Ltd. We are located in Padma Nagar, which is part of the Chiku Wadi area in Shimpoli, Borivali West. If you know Mumbai 400 02, you know this part of Borivali is quite lived-in. Pratik Shah Co is basically a small operation run out of this residential-style building. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. There’s a bit of a breeze that comes through the window if the weather is right. We have a lot of files stacked up on the shelves because we still like having things on paper. The building society is pretty strict about who comes in and out, so it’s usually quiet in the hallways. You can hear the kids playing outside in Chiku Wadi during the evenings. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and the commute isn't too bad for most of us. Sometimes the elevator in building 8 acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor. It’s just one of those things you get used to. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just a regular door with a small nameplate. We mostly just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized throughout the week.
