Pranav Shah

I am Pranav Shah and I operate from Rughani Palace No.1 - B, specifically room 705. We are on Shantilal Modi Road in Kandivali West. Being on the seventh floor gives me a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with shoppers and rickshaws. I’ve been in this building for several years now and I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. My office is a small space that I try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. I have a lot of books and folders piled up on the shelves. I don't have a fancy reception area. When people come to see me, they just knock on the door and walk right in. I usually offer them a glass of water and we get straight to whatever needs doing. I do most of the work myself because I like to make sure it’s done the way I want it. I don't really use any big words or try to act like I'm some big executive. I’m just a guy doing his job in Kandivali. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up and I have to walk the stairs, which isn't great, but it keeps me moving. I don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. I just rely on being fair and doing my work on time. It’s a busy life but I wouldn't want it any other way. People know they can find me here most days.
