Pramod B Kulkarni is based in Mahim, specifically at 135 L T Marg. This part of Mumbai has a very specific feel to it, being so close to the coast but also right in the thick of the city’s movement. It can get quite noisy with the horns honking and the general bustle of Mahim, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a team of people trying to sell you things. It is just a straightforward professional practice where we focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes I take a walk down the street to get some air or a quick snack from one of the many local vendors. The area has changed a lot over the years, but 135 L T Marg remains a steady spot for us. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate branding. We just provide our services to whoever needs them in the local area. It is a very grounded way to work, being right in the heart of a living, breathing neighborhood like Mahim where everyone is just trying to get through their day.
