We are based on the 2nd Floor of Siddhivinayak Arcade, right on Akurili Cross Road No.1 in Kandivali East. This is where Prama Hikvision India Pvt.Ltd. operates from. It’s a fairly busy building with a lot of other businesses around, so there’s always something happening in the hallways. Our office is a place where we deal with a lot of security hardware and tech systems. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about at parties, but it’s important work. We have rows of boxes and equipment stacked up sometimes because things move in and out of here pretty fast. The team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We don’t really follow a strict corporate handbook; we just make sure everyone knows what they need to do for the day. Kandivali East is a good location for us because it’s accessible for both staff and deliveries. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars and people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working with tools to test out the gear. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of environment. We don’t have a lot of time for long meetings. We just want to make sure the equipment is working and the clients are sorted out properly.
