Prakashutekar

I am Prakashutekar and my office is at J-71. This is part of the Jayhind Owners Association in Sector 4. It’s located in Navi Mumbai. This part of the city is a bit more planned out than the old areas. I’ve been here for a while. The association is basically a group of buildings and we have our spot in J-71. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for me to handle the things I need to. I don't have a lot of employees or anything like that. It's mostly just me. The area is decent, and it’s easy to get to if you know Sector 4. I don't believe in having a fancy office just to impress people. I’d rather just do the work and keep my costs low. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot since I first arrived, but this little corner has stayed mostly the same. Sometimes I sit at my desk and wonder where the time goes. It’s a quiet place to work for the most part. No flashy lights or big company logos. Just the name Prakashutekar on the door. It’s a practical way to run a business. If you are ever in the neighborhood, you’ll see the Jayhind sign. That’s where I’m at. It's just a simple room with some old files and a computer. I like the peace and quiet here. It lets me focus on the tasks.
