Prajapati Associates

Being in Mumbai, things are always moving fast. We are located in the 400 101 area, and our office is pretty much what you’d expect for a local firm. It’s crowded with folders and blueprints and old files we probably should have archived years ago. Prajapati Associates isn't some high-rise corporate entity. We're just a group of people working together to handle the daily tasks that come our way. Most of us have lived in Maharashtra our whole lives, so we know how the city works. Some days we are out on site, and other days we’re stuck behind desks dealing with paperwork. The traffic in Mumbai usually dictates our schedule more than we’d like to admit. If someone is late for a meeting, we usually know why. We don't use much fancy software; a lot of our planning still happens on paper or through quick chats in the hallway. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get the job done. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years. We know our neighbors and the local shops nearby. It feels like a community here. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire. We just want to keep doing what we're doing and make sure the associates have enough work to stay steady. It's practical, everyday work that keeps the lights on and the business moving forward.
