Power-Ace Engineering Co is located right in the middle of Andheri East. Our workshop is at 17/4F in the New Empire Ind. Estate. It's on Kondivita Road, which is pretty close to J B Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy hub for engineering and trade. We’ve been here for a long time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and lots of blueprints lying around. We do engineering work, mostly hands-on stuff. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the tools and materials we use, but that’s normal for us. We aren't the type of people to sit in meetings all day. We’d rather be on the floor fixing things or checking plans. The estate is always buzzing with activity. We have a small team, mostly guys who have been with us for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like things done. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but we don’t mind. It’s just how things go at Power-Ace. We keep our coffee pot going all day. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist here. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like being in Andheri because everything we need is nearby. It’s a practical location for the kind of engineering work we handle every day. We enjoy the local atmosphere here and the way the team sticks together.
