Our workspace is in the Sai Sadan Chawl which is Room Number 9 in Chawl Number 7. We are located in Chendani Koliwaada which is very close to the Thane Railway Station East. The name on our files is Power Linker Power System Consultantsandherimumbai. It is a long name for a small office but it covers what we do. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains going by all the time and the platform announcements are part of our daily background noise. It’s a very humble setting for consulting work but we find it keeps us focused. The room is small and we have to be careful not to clutter it up with too much equipment. We have been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors all know us by now. Most of our work involves looking at power systems and giving our honest opinion on how they should be set up. We don't use any fancy software if a simple drawing will do the job. The humidity from the nearby water can be a bit much but we just keep the door open to get a breeze. It’s a very local way of doing business and we don't see any reason to change it. We just provide our expertise from this little room near the tracks.
