Posin Technologies

Posin Technologies is based out of number 95 in Bijli Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but we like being in this neighborhood. The name of the area is a bit funny because we still deal with the occasional power cut like everywhere else. Our office is basically just a few rooms that we’ve filled with our equipment and desks. We don’t have any fancy signage out front, so you really have to look for the house number to find us. It’s a practical space where we focus on our projects without too much distraction. We’ve got a small backyard area where we sometimes stand around to get some fresh air during the day. Inside, there are stacks of manuals and some old hardware we haven't quite decided to throw away yet. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We know the people living next door, and sometimes their kids are playing in the street when we arrive in the morning. It feels like a very grounded place to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell things. We just handle the technical side of things and keep our heads down. It’s a simple setup, and that’s the way we’ve always run things here since we started at number 95. It works for us and our clients seem to appreciate the directness.
