Poonam Heritage

You can find us on the ground floor of Building No 268 in Kalbadevi. We are situated in Sayaji Ganj, right below the Adarsh Hotel. Being in Kalbadevi means it is always packed with people and the streets are very narrow. Poonam Heritage is the name we use, but the space itself is just a simple office. We have been here for a while and the building shows its age, which we don't mind. It has a bit of character that you don't find in the newer glass buildings. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for people to just walk in off the street. We hear the constant hum of the city and the guests from the hotel upstairs coming and going. The space inside is functional with a few desks and a lot of papers. We don't use any corporate language or have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in this neighborhood. The light isn't always great because the buildings are so close together, but we have some good lamps. It is a practical spot for a business that doesn't need to show off. We like being near the Adarsh Hotel because it is a landmark that makes it easier for people to give directions to our door. It is just a regular part of a very busy old neighborhood.
