Polaris Software Labs

You can find us in Flat Number 11 at Phoenix CHS, located on Plot Number 23 in Sector 9A. This is in Vashi, which is a part of Navi Mumbai. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it really has that residential and local feeling. It is not a skyscraper or a big glass building. We just have our desks set up in the flat, and it makes for a very quiet and focused place to work on our software tasks. Vashi is a nice area with lots of trees and markets nearby. We have been operating Polaris Software Labs from this spot for a good while. Most of the people who work here live in the surrounding sectors, so there is a real sense of being part of the neighborhood. We don't really do anything flashy. It is just about getting the work done and making sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual building maintenance issues, like a leaky pipe or the elevator being slow, but that is just part of the charm of working in a CHS. We have our small kitchen where we make coffee and take breaks. It is a simple, no-nonsense setup that works well for our team. Being in Sector 9A puts us close to the station too, which is useful for people coming on the harbor line. It's a peaceful spot for coding and solving technical problems.
