Polaris Software Lab Ltd

Our workspace is located in A-301 of the Sai Sadan building, right on Plot 21 in Sector 40. Being in Seawoods, Nerul, means we are in a pretty convenient part of Navi Mumbai. It’s a residential society, so the atmosphere is a bit different from a typical high-rise office building. We like it that way because it feels more like a community. We’ve set up our software lab here with all the computers and servers we need to get through our daily tasks. Most of the people on the team live in the surrounding areas, so the commute isn't too bad for them. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out how to make software work better. It’s not fancy, and we don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or ping-pong tables. We just have good chairs and a reliable internet connection. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with people going about their lives, but it adds a nice human touch to our workday. We take our lunches seriously, usually heading out to one of the local spots nearby for some home-style food. We aren't here to make big promises; we just want to deliver decent work that doesn't break. It’s a practical way to run a software outfit like Polaris Software Lab Ltd in a busy place like Navi Mumbai. We hope to keep doing this for a long time to come.
