Over in Goregaon, at the Ashirwad Industrial Estate, is where you'll find Plastech International. We are at unit 212/3 on Rammandir Road. It’s an old industrial area, and our place has that lived-in feel to it. We deal with a lot of plastic work here, so the machines are the main focus of the floor. It’s often loud, and you have to raise your voice to be heard over the hum. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. We spend our mornings checking the raw material and setting up the production for the day. The road outside is always full of trucks and tempos, making it a bit of a mess during the monsoon. Our office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't spend much time there; we’re usually out on the floor. It’s a straightforward operation. We make the parts, we pack them, and we get them shipped out. There are no big meetings or corporate presentations here. Just a lot of hands-on work and making sure the machines don’t jam. By the time evening rolls around, we’re all pretty tired, but the work gets done. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the manufacturing side of things.
