Pixlarc Digital Media Services is tucked away in Sadashiv Peth, which is one of the older, busier parts of Pune. Our address is 1958, and we are up on the third floor in Flat 301. It’s right near the Swami Samarth Mandir, so there’s always a bit of a traditional vibe around the area. The streets here are narrow and usually packed with two-wheelers and people walking to the local shops. It’s a far cry from the modern IT parks on the edge of the city, but we like the character of Sadashiv Peth. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but once you get into 301, it’s our own little world. We do all our digital media work from here. We have a few workstations set up and a lot of wires running around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The sounds of the bells from the temple and the general chatter from the street come in through the windows. It keeps us feeling connected to the city. We aren't a big corporation with fancy branding in the lobby. We’re just a small team working in an old neighborhood. Most of us have lived in Pune our whole lives, so being in the Peth feels like home. We focus on our tasks, drink plenty of tea, and navigate the busy streets every day to get here. It’s a honest, hardworking environment without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense.
