Pioneer Security & Allied Services Pvt Ltd is located in the Vtm Building II on Andheri Kurla Road. We are right in the middle of the Mehra Industrial Compound, which is a very loud and busy place to be every day. Our work is mainly about managing security guards and making sure different sites around the city are properly looked after. It involves a lot of paperwork, checking rosters, and dealing with the logistical mess of moving people around Mumbai. The office in 303 A is pretty basic. We have some desks and a lot of filing cabinets filled with staff records and duty schedules. There are no fancy decorations or corporate lounges here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with guards who are coming in for their shifts. The traffic outside on Andheri Kurla Road is always a bit of a nightmare, so we have learned to be patient. We started this company because we knew there was a need for security services that actually paid attention to the small details that big firms often miss. Most of our team has been with us for a long time, and we feel more like a small community than a big corporation. We just focus on keeping our clients' premises safe and making sure our staff are doing their jobs well. It is a straightforward business, and we like it that way, even with all the noise from the industrial compound.
