Pinnacle Systems Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Guru Govind Singh Industrial Estate. We are at unit 262. Goregaon East is a huge area, and being near Chunchaghatta Village gives it a bit of a different feel than the rest of the busy city. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just simple desks and computers and a lot of wires running everywhere. We spend most of our time looking at screens and figuring out how to make systems work better. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always going on high. Sometimes the power flickers during the monsoon, but we just deal with it and keep going. We usually grab lunch from the small food stalls nearby because the food is good. It’s better than bringing a lunchbox every single day from home. The industrial estate has all sorts of businesses, so there’s always someone moving crates or driving a small van past our front door. We know most of the neighbors by now and say hello in the mornings. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done, away from the main road noise. We don't do much in the way of big corporate meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room to each other to solve problems. It’s a straightforward way to work. We’ve got a good rhythm down after all these years. Some days are longer than others depending on what needs fixing urgently. We just keep at it.
