Pinnacle System Pvt Ltd is based in the Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Estate in Goregaon East. Our unit is number 262. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate in Goregaon, you know how it is—lots of small units, trucks loading things, and a lot of activity in the corridors. We deal with systems and technical stuff here. The office has a lot of wires and components scattered around because we are always working on something. It’s not the cleanest or most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of the day at our benches or on the computer. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. The noise from the other units in the estate is just part of the background now. We’ve been at this location for some time, and it works well for us because we’re close to other businesses we work with. Most of the people who come here are looking for technical help or picking up parts. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project when there’s a deadline. It’s just us doing our thing in our corner of the estate, trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people who use our systems.
