Pink Pitara

Pink Pitara is our little space here in Kandivali East. We’ve been operating out of this part of Kandivali for a while and it’s always a bit of a scramble. The name sounds a bit fancy, but the reality is just a lot of boxes, racks, and people trying to find where they put the scissors. Kandivali East is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling things as they come. Some days we are buried under stock and other days it’s a bit more relaxed. We like being in this area because everything is close by. The shop isn't perfectly polished; the floor has a few scuffs and the walls could probably use some paint, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time organizing things only for them to get messy again an hour later. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't interested in being some big brand. We just want to keep things moving and make sure the people who stop by get what they are looking for. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how Pink Pitara is. We just open up the shop and see who comes through the door in Kandivali East. It is a busy, honest way to spend our days.
