You can find us in Mumbai at Nirmala Niwas on Aimai Merwanji Street. We are located on the second floor in the A wing. It is an older building with a lot of character and the stairs are a bit steep sometimes. Pickvin Smartech Private Limited is just a small operation running out of this space in Mumbai City. The street outside is usually full of people and cars so there is a lot of energy around. We have set up our office with just the essentials. We don't see the need for anything flashy. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and trying to figure out technical issues. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have some fans going to keep us sane. We usually order in some snacks from the shops downstairs when we get hungry. Working in an area like this means you are right in the middle of everything. We don't have any corporate slogans or big meetings. We just talk across the room when we need to get something done. It is a very practical way of working. Most of us have been doing this for years and we just enjoy the process of building things. It’s a bit cramped sometimes but it is our space and we like it. The rainy season makes the street a bit messy but that’s just Mumbai for you.
