We are located on the 5th floor of Timmy Arcade at room 505, which is on Makwana Road in Andheri East. One of the best things about our spot is that we are very close to the Marol Naka metro station, so getting to work is a lot easier than it used to be before the metro was built. The building itself is quite busy with all sorts of different offices, and the elevators are usually working hard all day long. Our space is dedicated to the work we do in the pharmaceutical sector, mostly focusing on the administrative and security aspects of the business. It is a practical office with plenty of desks and filing cabinets, as we have to keep a lot of records on hand. We do not go in for any of that high-end corporate style; we just keep things clean and functional so we can focus on our tasks. The noise from the metro and the street below is always there, but it becomes like background music after a while. We are a small team and we pretty much handle everything ourselves, from answering the phones to sorting out the mail. There is always a lot to do, especially with the paperwork that comes with this industry. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy by being reliable and straightforward in all our dealings.
