We are over at S. No. 38/1 in the Khedekar Industrial area. It is right near the Kalyani Corp DTC in Pune. The area is always busy with trucks and people moving things around. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get our work done. Most of us have been here a while now. We usually start the morning with some tea from the stall nearby before diving into the tasks for the day. Pgp Ngtech is basically just a group of people who know their way around technology and engineering stuff. There are a few of us in the main room and some gear in the back. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors' machinery gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because most of our time is spent at the benches or on our computers. It's a straight-up workplace for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty or spending long hours looking at screens. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a bit, and it suits us fine. The location makes it easy for parts to come in and out, which is the main thing we care about. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the work is right before it goes out the door. No big speeches here, just the daily routine in the industrial estate. We've got a small fridge for lunches and a desk that wobbles a bit, but it's home for us.
