Personal Computer Maintenance Services is located right at Shop NO. 1 in Bldg.1 C of Tolaram Nagar C.H.S., over in Chembur Colony. If you know the area, it's pretty quiet around the residential buildings. We spend most of our mornings opening up the shutters and dusting off the workbenches. People bring in laptops that won't turn on or desktops that are making weird noises. It’s honest work, mostly involving a lot of screws and thermal paste. The shop isn't huge, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have a backlog of machines. We've lived and worked in Chembur for a while, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. Sometimes it’s just a simple software update, and other times we have to hunt for a spare part that’s hard to find.
