We’ve been at A 610 Merchant Centre in Sector 1 for a while now. It’s right near Narhe Gaon. People usually come in when they’re having a tough time with things at home or just feel stuck in their heads. It’s not a fancy place, just an office where we sit and talk through stuff. We deal with all sorts of situations. Sometimes it’s family stuff, other times it’s just someone needing to vent about work or life. We try to keep things quiet and private here. You know how it is, sometimes you just need a person who isn’t in your family to listen. It’s been a bit of a journey getting this set up in Vashi Engale Vaste. We have some chairs, a desk, and we spend most of our day listening. It gets busy during the evenings when people finish work. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us opening the door. It’s a bit messy with paperwork sometimes because we still keep a lot of things on paper instead of just computers. We found this spot because it was close enough to where people live but quiet enough for serious talks. If you’re walking by Narhe Gaon, you’ve probably seen the sign. It’s nothing special to look at, but we do our thing every day. We’ve had all kinds of people walk through that door, and we just take it one day at a time.
