Peninsula Land

We are Peninsula Land, and our office is based out of Parel, though we have interests in places like Vadgaon Budruk at site 106. It’s a bit of a mix of locations. Working in Parel means we are right in the middle of a lot of history and new building projects. We spend a lot of time looking at maps, deeds, and site plans. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it is important to get the details right. We are just a group of people who know a lot about land and buildings. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy presentations. Usually, we are just sitting around a table with a stack of papers and some cups of tea, trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a piece of property. The office is pretty standard. We have some old maps on the walls and plenty of files. We've been doing this for a long time, so we've seen the ups and downs of the market. We just try to stay steady and do what makes sense. People who work with us know that we are pretty direct and don't like to waste time with corporate talk. We just want to get the projects sorted. Whether we are in Parel or checking on things in Vadgaon Budruk, the goal is always just to keep things moving and stay busy.
