We are based in Malad West, specifically at A4 Brindwan in New Ever shine Nagar. It is part of the New Evergreen Society. It is a bit of a residential-feeling area, which makes coming to work at Pelorus Technologies Pvt Ltd feel a bit more relaxed than being in a city center. We are not in one of those tall glass towers you see in other parts of Mumbai. We are in a normal building where you actually get to know the people living and working around you. Our office is often a bit crowded with computers and various servers. We do a lot of tech work, and that equipment takes up a lot of room. The team is pretty tight-knit because we have been together through a lot of busy seasons. Malad can be a bit chaotic with the traffic on the main roads, but once you get inside the society gates, it is not too bad at all. We spend our days mostly staring at our computer screens or talking through different technical problems. We do not have a big HR department or any fancy titles for the staff. We just do whatever needs to be done that day. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, and we will just order in some local food. It is a very normal office life for us. We are not trying to be a giant company or anything like that. We just do our work.
