Paxshell Private Limited is situated in the D,Silva Compound on N.S.S.Road in Asalpha Village. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren’t familiar with the neighborhood. Asalpha is a very lively and packed area of Mumbai. Our office is small and tucked away. It doesn't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at the front. It’s just a door that leads to our workspace. We’ve been here for years and we like the feel of the local community. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and samples. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with getting our work done on time. We don't have a corporate hierarchy. We all just muck in and do what’s needed. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things that have nothing to do with work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we can be very focused when there is a deadline. We don't have any promotional materials or a team of people trying to get more business. People just know we are here in the compound. We do our jobs, stay out of trouble, and keep the business running. It’s a modest operation, and that suits us just fine. We have no plans to move elsewhere and are happy in this corner of the city.
