Patni Comuter Systems

We are based out of Vashi in Navi Mumbai. It’s a pretty decent spot to be in, even if the commute can be a bit much sometimes. Most of the time, we are just busy with the usual computer system stuff that needs doing. Patni Comuter Systems is the name on the door, though people sometimes misspell it because of that missing letter. We don't really mind, though. The office is just a place where we come to work and spend our nine to five. Vashi has changed quite a bit over the years, more buildings and more people everywhere you look. We just stay in our corner and get through the daily tasks. It’s not a very big operation, just a handful of us making sure things don't break. Sometimes we go out for tea near the station when things get too quiet or too stressful. We don’t have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The equipment takes up most of the space, so it can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. But we are used to it. It’s just the way it is here. You get used to the rhythm of the place after a while. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to understand what needs to be done. It’s just work.
