Patni Computer Systems Limited

We are based in Sector 20 of Airoli, right in the Evergreen Tower 1. Our unit is 502, so we have a decent view from the fifth floor. This part of Navi Mumbai is always moving, with a lot of people living and working in the same area. Patni Computer Systems Limited has its setup here, and it is a pretty standard office environment. We have several rows of desks and a lot of wires running everywhere because of all the systems we have to manage. The building is quite busy, so there is always someone waiting for the lift or talking in the hallways. We usually arrive around nine in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It can get a bit loud during the day, but we mostly just tune it out and focus on our monitors. There are plenty of shops and food stalls around Sector 20, so we never have a problem finding something to eat for lunch. The office is not very large, but it is enough for our team to work comfortably without bumping into each other. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the week. It’s a very grounded place to work, with no corporate talk or complicated rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families in the evening.
