Our location is in Andheri East, which is one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. We are in the Greenfields Apartments, specifically in unit A3 42. It is right near the JV Link Road, so the sound of traffic is basically the background music for our entire day. People used to use Fantasy Land as a landmark to find us, even though that place has been gone for a long time now. Patni Computer Systems Limited India operates out of this apartment, and it’s a very lived-in kind of office. We have computers in almost every corner and cables taped down to the floor so nobody trips. Being in Andheri East means we are close to everything, but it also means we spend a lot of time just trying to get through the crowded streets. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in this branch, just a dedicated crew that knows how to handle computer systems. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy with our projects to worry about that right now. It is a real, working office where things actually happen every day. We don't care about looking polished; we just care about making sure the systems are working like they should.
