Patni Computer System Ltd

Patni Computer System Ltd is our name, and we are based at G 9 205 Gharonda in Ghansoli. This is Navi Mumbai, 400701. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for those living in Gharonda, we are just right there. We aren't in a big mall or a skyscraper. We are just part of the local fabric here. Being in Navi Mumbai is nice because it’s a bit more planned out, but it still gets busy. We handle a lot of computer systems. People bring their home setups to us when things go wrong. We have a small room filled with parts and cables. It’s not the most organized looking place to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We spend our days troubleshooting and putting things back together. My brother helps out with the hardware side of things. We get a lot of families from the building coming by. Sometimes they just want to ask a question about their internet or a slow phone. We try to be helpful. It’s a small-scale thing we have going on. We don't have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a bit noisy with the trains nearby, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the screens in front of us. It is a good little spot for us in Ghansoli and we like it here.
