Out here in Nashik, Patco Nexttech Private Limited sits on Plot No. A-42 in the MIDC Ambad area. If you’ve ever been to an industrial zone, you know exactly what it looks like. There are big trucks moving around and a lot of dust sometimes. Our building is pretty functional. We don't have anything flashy on the outside. Inside, it's just a regular workspace with the tools we need. Nashik is a bit slower than Mumbai, which we like, but MIDC is still busy in its own way. We start early most days to beat the heat. The address is easy to find if you follow the main road through Ambad. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a solid place to get work done. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on meetings that don’t go anywhere. Usually, we just talk across the room. It’s a practical environment. When the rain comes, it really pours down on the tin roofs nearby, making a lot of noise. We just keep our heads down and finish what’s on our plates. 422010 is home for us.
