Parul It World

The shop, Parul It World, is located in Building Number 42 in Kandivali East. We are at Shop Number 79, which is quite close to the Bank of Baroda. Most people use the bank as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. Inside, it is always a bit of a mess with cables and computer parts everywhere. I try to keep it organized, but when three people bring in laptops at the same time, the desk gets covered pretty fast. We deal with all sorts of tech stuff, from fixing slow screens to getting people new parts they need. The area here in Eve is usually buzzing with people going to work or running errands. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I am working on a motherboard or something small. It takes a lot of patience to figure out why a machine isn't starting, and sometimes I just have to step outside for a bit of fresh air near the bank. It gets dusty, so I spend a lot of time wiping down monitors. Customers here are mostly locals from the nearby buildings who have known us for a long time. They come in for a chat even if they don't need anything fixed. It’s a small shop life, where you know everyone's name and what kind of computer problems they usually have. We just keep going until late evening when the street gets a bit quieter.
