If you are looking for us, we are in Gala No 31 over in the Sainath Industrial area. Goregaon East is always crowded and noisy, and our spot near the Gheekanta Cross Road is no different. It’s a bit of a maze getting here, especially near the Relief Road and the old Pravasi Industrial Estate. We’ve been squeezed into this space for a long time. There are stacks of old monitors and boxes of cables everywhere you look. It isn't the cleanest office in Mumbai, but we know where everything is. People come in with broken laptops or printers that won't stop jamming. We spend our days staring at screens and soldering tiny parts that you can barely see. It gets pretty loud with all the fans running to keep the servers cool. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little near the window, but we just move the equipment. We aren't a big corporate firm with suits; we are just guys who like taking things apart. Customers usually find us by word of mouth because we have been in this building forever. It's a lot of troubleshooting and trying to explain why a hard drive failed. We just take it one repair at a time. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend our breaks, usually talking about the latest tech or the traffic on the way home.
