About Panja Florist – Computer & IT Solution in Mumbai
We've been here in the Gulmanzil Building for a while now. It’s right near the McDonalds in Vile Parle West, so you can always hear the cars and people going in for burgers. Some days the humidity makes the flowers wilt faster than I’d like, so we spend a lot of time trimming stems and changing out the water in the plastic buckets. The shop isn’t huge but it fits everything we need. Most of the morning is just me or the guys unpacking bundles that come in early. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of roses or lilies everywhere on the floor. People walking by usually stop for a second to look, but most are just rushing to the station or to grab lunch. It’s a busy spot. The building itself is old and has that specific smell of concrete and rain during the monsoon. We keep the floor swept, but there are always little leaves and bits of wire around because that’s just how it goes with this work. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle to find a place to park right out front because it’s always packed with people heading to the station. I usually sit on a stool near the entrance when things are quiet and just watch the traffic go by. Vile Parle has its own rhythm and we are just part of it, stuck between the food smell and the flower scents every day. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the one that's been there for years. It's enough for the locals who know where we are.
