Pandey Construction

We’re over in Santacruz East, right on Sarkhej Road at number 25. Pandey Construction isn't some giant firm with hundreds of trucks. We’re just a local crew that knows how to build things properly. We’ve been around this part of town for years. You can probably see some of the walls we’ve put up or the repairs we’ve done if you walk around the neighborhood. It’s dusty work and we spend most of our time out on the sites rather than sitting in the office. The office is really just a place to keep the tools and take some phone calls. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee. Usually, we're covered in cement or dirt by noon. It’s hard on the back, but it’s what we know. People call us because they want something built that won't fall down next year. We don't use those shiny brochures. We just show people what we did for the neighbor down the street. Sometimes the weather stops us or the supplies don't show up on time, which is frustrating. But we always finish what we started. Sarkhej Road is a good base for us. We can get to most places pretty quickly from here. It’s just us, some bricks, and some hard work every day. No more, no less. We keep our boots by the door and the truck ready to go. My brother helps me out when the jobs get too big.
