You can find us in the Kapurwala Building on Samuel Street. We are up on the first floor in Room Number 2. If you know Masjid Bunder, you know how crowded it gets around here. The streets are narrow and there’s always someone pushing a cart or carrying a heavy load. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the building has that old, lived-in feel to it. Panacia Enterprises has been operating out of this small room for a good while. We mostly deal with other businesses and people who know exactly what they are looking for. It’s not the kind of place where you just wander in to browse. The office is usually piled with paperwork and samples. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by for pick-ups. Being in this part of the city means everything moves fast, but the space itself is quiet once you get inside. We don't have fancy signs or big glass windows. It’s just a solid wooden door with our name on it. We keep our own hours mostly, depending on when the market is most active. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s close to everything we need in the wholesale market. It’s just a regular office doing regular trade work.
