Padmn Pvt. Ltd. is situated right on the Main Road in Sector-10, Nerul. Being so close to the Nerul Railway Station, there is always a lot of noise and movement around us, which we have gotten used to over the years. We started this company because we saw a need for a reliable setup in this part of Navi Mumbai. It’s a basic office environment, nothing too flashy or modern. We spend most of our time on phone calls or meeting with people who drop by after getting off the train. The location makes it easy for our staff to get here, even if the traffic on the main road gets a bit heavy during peak hours. We handle our daily operations with a small team that has been together for a while. We don't use any fancy corporate slogans. We just show up every morning and get through the paperwork and client requests that pile up on the desks. Sometimes the rain makes the entrance a bit messy, but that's just part of being in this area. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in through the door. Most of our growth has been slow and steady, just by doing the work and staying in the same spot so people know where to find us. It’s just a regular private limited company trying to do its bit in the busy Nerul sector. We don't try to be anything we are not.
