If you are looking for Pacific Digital, you have to head into the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate in Lower Parel. We are on the ground floor at Office No. A1-24. It’s a typical Mumbai industrial building, so there is always a lot of movement, people loading trucks, and the smell of machines. Being on the ground floor helps because we don’t have to deal with the slow elevators in this building. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of materials stacked up, but we manage to find what we need. The office is mostly computers and some bigger equipment tucked in the back. Working in Lower Parel means the traffic outside is almost always bad, so we usually get here early to beat the rush. People from other offices in the estate drop by quite often just to ask questions or get something small done. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the daily work. It’s usually loud with the sound of the estate and the fans running inside. We’ve stayed in this same spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a shiny corporate office, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the digital stuff finished before the day ends. It’s just how we run things in this part of town.
