Pacecon Technosys Pvt Ltd is based on the 1st floor of Gomes House in Andheri West. We’re located right on Erandwane Lane, right next to the Paaneri Showroom. It’s a busy spot, and finding a place to park can be a real challenge some days. The office itself is a bit of a maze with desks tucked into every available corner. We do a lot of technical work here, so there are always cables running along the floor and spare monitors sitting on shelves. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We’ve been here for several years now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get around to it. We’re too busy with the actual work. The team is a mix of younger kids who are great with the new software and some of us who have been around since the company started. We get along well, often staying late to finish a project and then heading out to get some food together. It’s a noisy, productive environment. We don't have fancy mission statements on the wall, just a calendar with deadlines circled in red. That’s enough to keep us focused on what we need to do. It isn't always pretty, but we manage to stay on top of things. Most of us take the train to work every day.
