Our place is at B 84 on Marol Maroshi Road. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty packed during the day. We’ve been here at P O S Solutions Pvt Ltd for quite some time. The office is usually full of boxes and different types of machines we’re testing out. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We focus on the systems that shops use to ring up customers. It sounds simple, but there’s always something that needs adjusting. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know these systems inside and out. Sometimes a customer calls us in a panic because their machine stopped working right when they’re busy. We understand that stress. We try to get things sorted as fast as we can without making it complicated. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up when we need a breather. It’s a noisy, lively part of Marol, and we’ve grown to love the chaos of it. Our desks are usually covered in wires and spare parts. It’s not the tidiest office, but we know where everything is. We don't bother with fancy presentations. We just show people how the stuff works and help them get on with their day. We usually leave the door open for the breeze when it's not too dusty out.
