We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for years. We usually have lunch together at the small desk in the corner. It's a very straightforward operation.
