Osas Services India Private Limited

We are based in Mankhurd at the Lallubhai Compound. The office is R 415 in Building B/53 of the Vikram CHS. This part of Mumbai, near Tata Nagar, is very dense and full of life. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but we’re used to it. The building is a standard cooperative housing society structure. Our room is on the fourth floor. It’s a modest space where Osas Services India operates. We have our computers and some basic furniture. It’s a bit noisy outside with kids playing and people going about their business in the compound. We don't mind it much. The office is where we handle all our paperwork and daily chores. We have a small window that looks out over the other buildings in the complex. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door. We keep our files in some old metal cabinets. Most days we are just busy typing away or talking on the phone. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it serves its purpose. It’s just a regular office in a busy neighborhood where we get our work done. We try to keep the place tidy but with so much going on, there’s always something out of place.
