We have been set up here in Borivali East for quite some time now. Our shop is located in Neha Estate, which is right across the road from Tata Steel. It is a pretty straightforward place where we keep various items for people looking for gifts. We do not have a massive showroom with bright lights, but the space works well enough for what we do. Most days involve us unpacking new stock or helping someone find a small token for a birthday or a wedding. The traffic on the main road outside can get really loud in the evenings, but inside the estate, it is usually a bit calmer. We try to keep the shelves organized so people can actually see what is available without having to ask too many questions. It is just a regular local business, and we do not try to make it seem like anything more than that. Sometimes we get busy when there is a festival coming up, and other times it is just quiet with a few neighbors dropping in. We do not do much in the way of advertising because most people just find us while they are walking by or if they live in the nearby buildings. It is a simple way to run things, and we have gotten used to the daily routine over the years. We just focus on keeping the items people want in stock and making sure the shop stays open for our regular hours.
