Orient Information Technology Ltd.

We are based at 83-B in Mittal Court, over at Nariman Point. Even though it’s a famous area, our office is pretty basic. It’s just Orient Information Technology Ltd. and a few rooms filled with computers. We have a view of some other buildings, but we mostly just look at our monitors. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic spots. We’ve been in Mittal Court for a long time. People think being in Nariman Point means everything is fancy, but we are just regular folks doing our jobs. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and the microwave always smells like someone’s lunch. Our shelves are full of old manuals and spare parts that we might need one day. It’s a bit of a maze with all the partitions we’ve put up over the years. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. You just walk in and see us working. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We handle IT stuff for various people. It’s steady work and we like the routine of coming here every morning. Most of us take the train in, so we are always checking the clock towards the end of the day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of office where the work comes first.
