Orchid Systems Consultants is based in Mahim West, Mumbai. Our office is in A 1 Geeta Niwas CHS Ltd on Sitladevi Temple Road. It is a quiet residential street but we are right there in the middle of it. The pin code is 400016. We’ve been consulting on systems for quite a while. It’s mostly just sitting in front of screens or going to client offices. Our office in Geeta Niwas is small and filled with books and old hardware. It’s not a shiny glass tower. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a home than a workplace. We handle various technical problems for people. Sometimes it’s a small fix and sometimes we have to rethink a whole system. We don’t have a big sales pitch. We just talk to people and see what they need help with. The Sitladevi Temple is nearby, so the area has a nice feel to it. We take our lunch breaks at the local spots. Mumbai life is fast but we try to keep things steady here. We are just a few consultants who know our stuff. We don't use fancy jargon if we can help it. We just explain things simply. It’s a lot of thinking and troubleshooting. We have been part of the Mahim community for years. People know where to find us if their systems are acting up. We just keep our heads down and do the consulting work. India is a big place but we mostly stay around here in Mumbai.
