People always ask why we use the Rediffmail address for everything, but it's just how Anil started things up and it stuck. We are Orange Business Services, and mostly we just handle whatever comes through the inbox at Srivastav_Anil@Rediffmail.Com. It isn't a fancy office with a glass front or anything like that. We mostly work from where we are, keeping track of different tasks and making sure people get what they need. Some days are busier than others, especially when the internet acts up or when there's a backlog of messages to sort through. We don't really have a big team of people in suits. It is more of a practical operation where we just get on with the daily work. You won't find us running big ads or trying to act like a giant corporation. We are just a small group doing our bit. The email is the main way to find us, and that works fine for the kind of stuff we do. We've been doing this for a while now, and even though things change in the business world, we sort of like our simple way of handling things. It keeps life a bit less complicated when you don't have to worry about a lot of extra overhead. We just focus on the screen, reply to the people waiting, and try to make sure nothing gets missed in the shuffle. It's basic, but it's our way of doing business every day.
