Our office is at Flat No 103 in the Akyamma Ramiah Reddy Residency, right on 1st Cross in Balaji Nagar. It’s a Bangalore address through and through. Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd is what it says on the door, but it feels more like a home office since we’re in a residency building. We share the space with the sounds of the neighborhood. You can hear people starting their scooters or calling out to each other downstairs. Inside, it’s all business with computers and servers humming along. We handle financial software, which means we spend a lot of time double-checking numbers and making sure everything is secure. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The kitchen in the flat is where we store our tiffin boxes. We don't have a big corporate culture here; we just have a group of people who are good at what they do and like working in a place that feels familiar. Balaji Nagar is a decent area, and being on the first cross makes it easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us in our casual clothes, probably debating a bit of code or drinking some tea. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that works for our team.
